‘Hey doll-face! Wanna double your luck?’ To celebrate the launch of Lisa Pasold’s debut novel, Rats of Las Vegas (Great Plains), we’ll give you not one but two – count ‘em, two - chances to get up close and personal with the book’s themes of gambling, lounge lizards and the enduring allure of Las Vegas. Act One will feature a 1940s-inspired jazz set by torch singers Bremner Duthie & Alejandra Ribera. During an onstage interview, author Pasold will discuss love, luck and all points in-between. But hang on to your hat, sailor. In Act Two, the celebrated Burlesque troupe Skin Tight Outta Sight will unveil a dazzling tribute to Sin City in the swingin’ sixties, “Go-Go Vegas.”
