Denounced from the floor of the House of Commons for his work, bill bissett (who Margaret Atwood once described as her "astral twin") is unafraid of strong performances. In a collaboration with the poet and cultural critic, Adeena Karasick, and the multi-media artist, BlaineSpeiglel, bissett will launch his new book, time (Talonbooks), with this audio-visual/word-based piece to confirm, once again, that he is "a one man civilization." With paintings by Jordan Stone, music by Bowen McConnie, and sound poetry by Honey Novick.
